Units: A "Unit" refers to the full 2 bedroom suite or house. The price per night covers the full 2 bedroom unit. We do not charge a cleaning fee.

Return Guest Discount: Please use the "Questions" box, which appears at the end of the reservation process, to remind us that you've stayed with us in the past. We'll follow-up with revised confirmation with additional 10% off.

Midweek: $390/night
Weekend: $440/night

Two night minimum
(three night minimum for summer weekends & some holidays)

10%-off for 5 or more nights
10%-off for return guests
20%-off combined

Other Terms

Hotel Tax = 10%
